At Phoenix Technologies, we are about partnering with our customers to assist them in maximizing the value of their processes and their bottom line profit by recapturing their PET material streams for use in their products.

To maximize this product stream, our customers can ship us their preform and bottle defects and we can contract to offer the following services:

• Washing – to remove glues, etc.
• Grinding – can grind preforms or bottles for further processing
• Contamination separation – removal of contaminates such as wood, Paper, metal, etc. Can arrange for mixed resin separation.
• IV enhancement
• Pelletizing – melt filter PET regrind to allow use back into injection process At high percentages.

All of these services can be performed using customer generated post industrial feedstocks, or on customer supplied post consumer feedstock.
